The Experience

From scheduling to the photoshoot to receiving your final images, the process can all seem overwhelming. I have created an outline of the experience to help ease your mind and know what to expect.

I. Booking and Initial Plans

In order for us to receive an inquiry from you, we ask that you fill out an initial questionnaire.

This will collect general information about you and your expectations, as well as provide you with appropriate pricing.

We love to get to know you right away to generate the best ideas for the photo session. Once details are finalized, we will get things rolling.

II. Planning for the Photo Session

Upon receipt of the session, we will send a contract and photo release form, as well as confirm the date and location.

Prior to the Photo Session, we will reconfirm with you the location, scheduling, parking information for the location, as well as answer any specific questions you may have in preparation. A styling guide may be sent to you in preparation, and we will also go over any preferences you may have, so we can be sure to capture what you want.

III. The Big Day

As the day unfolds, I will be in touch with you about weather and timing to ensure a successful session. Our goal is to ensure that it is easy-going and fun, so we simply ask in return that you be in communication with us so you are able to come to the photo session as relaxed as possible so we can capture the biggest smiles.

Please pay promptly at time of photo session for the initial fee. If additional images are purchased, payment will be requested prior to final delivery of images.

IV. Gallery Delivery

2-3 weeks after your session, you will be able to view your full watermarked gallery. Based on the package you selected, you will then let me know which ones you’d like full rights to, with the option to purchase additional images or prints. Payment in full will be required prior to final delivery of selected images. Additionally, a post-session questionnaire with be sent to you.
